Omeruo Sends Emotional Farewell Greetings To Enyeama

Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo has sent emotional farewell greetings to Vincent Enyeama over his decision to quit national team football following the row with head coach, Sunday Oliseh in the team’s Belgium camp.
The Kasimpasa defender, who could not hide his feelings revealed glorious moments he shared with the Lille Metropole goalkeeper in the national team camp, anytime on national duty with the Super Eagles.
It was indeed a hard decision for the 33-year-old goalkeeper after serving the team for 13 years, and seeing the circumstances he is bidding farewell to the team. Omeruo took to his Instagram page to express his feelings on Enyeama’s decision to call it quit.
“You are one person that have always watched my back.. One persons that always keeps me in the perfect position.. It’s sad to know I will no longer have u.. So I want to thank you for being a great captain.. I know first-hand Nigerians Love you.. The team will miss you greatly.. Much love senior man.. @vinny2908”, Omeruo stated on his Instagram page @Omeruo22 on Thursday.
The Super Eagles play Leopards of DR Congo in an international friendly at Vise, Liege this evening in Belgium.
