This is a Welcome Development: The Customary Government of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has commenced operations at the Government secretariat located at Enugu the Biafra capital city in the interim. Attached herewith are the photographs of the secretariat. All the ministries are located within the complex, but liaison offices shall be opened in all parts of Biafraland for easy coordination. We encourage every Biafran citizens to make use of the secretariat because it is ours. It is a large administrative complex with a large auditorium. It is situated at Emene beside the airport at Enugu. Ojukwu bought the land, started it before his death. Achuzia and others completed it. It has an obi known as obiri ekpere ndi Igbo where anyone can come and pray. Take a ride to Enugu and see things for yourself. Also Nnamdi kanu is fully aware of these secretariat. Thanks!
