Indonesian woman caned in public for committing furnication

An Indonesian woman was yesterday caned in public for having sex outside of wedlock. The young woman cried her eyes out until she passed out and was carried off on a stretcher. She was flogged for breaking the sharia law that governs the Banda Aceh province in Indonesia. Two other men were also caned in public as punishment for committing adultery.
