At least 35 people were confirmed dead and over 200 injured in attacks on the Maelbeek underground railway station and Zaventem airport on Tuesday. While the whole world and Belgians in particular are still reeling from shock, the Islamic State in Sirte, Libya and Afghanistan on Thursday celebrated the attacks by sharing candy to their supporters.
