Nnamdi Kanu Sues Ngeria at ECOWAS Court for $800m for Unjust and Illegal Detention

Indigenous People Of Biafra leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has filed a case to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), against Nigerian Government led by President Muhammadu Buhari.


The case is forwarded to the West African community, following the illegal detention of Kanu, the complaint Mazi Kanu filed the case, include the following defendants: (1). The Federal Republic of Nigeria, (2). Attorney General of Federation & Minister of Justice (3). Director General, State Security Service.
ABA CITY BLOG recalled that, the Nigeria Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, has, in two different court hearing set Mazi Kanu free, but President Buhari ordered DSS, to have him arrested and detained.
