According to a recent post on
Facebook by Bako Benjamin, there is an ongoing genocide attack happening
right now in Gashaka LGA, Taraba state. However, THESUMMARY cannot
officially verify his claims as at the time of writing this report.
Below is what Mr Bako wrote on his Facebook wall:
"Happening now in Gashaka LGA, Taraba state. The genocide and ethnic cleansing continue! Fulani herdsmen have descended on about four villages in Gashaka LGA in Taraba central, slaughtering, destroying farmlands and houses and burning villagers alive.
