Explosion Rocks NNPC Facility Heavily Guarded by Army

The militant group is claiming a Third bombing of another oil pipeline in 2 days. They claimed to have bombed an NNPC pipeline on Thursday night.
This is on the heels of a stakeholders meeting in Abuja between the Federal Government, Niger Delta leaders and representatives of Niger Delta Avengers group (who the FG allegedly offered a $10m bribe).
