When have kings had executive powers to make youths obey them? Why will they be held responsible for vandalization in their domain? Are they the Governor or Local Government chairman or DPO?

This man was with us at the National Assembly, Senate and House of Reps before the Committees on Public Petitions and Army respectively and also testified against the Army over the Army invasion of his community that led to the killing of more than thirty people by the soldiers.

Army visited Rivers state for a Fact finding during the Town Hall
meeting at the Rivers state House of Assembly Complex. Curiously, the
Army has now told the Media that the Chief was "invited" for
questioning.
The following development however is that Hon. Justice Liman of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt has ordered his immediate release, hoping it will be obeyed. Some of us involved in this advocacy who signed this petition and facilitated this engagement from the civil rights community among other key advocacy actions, today are been hunted by various security agencies including the DSS, Secret police, Army etc. We must not harass free citizens. This is a presumed democracy.H
