An Elderly woman handcuffed after she was allegedly caught stealing food items from a grocery store

 

The woman was allegedly caught stealing food items in a store in Cambodia. The owner called the police and she was handcuffed and interrogated. After which, the store owner shared the photos online to deter others. Probably took the food for her hungry grandchildren
