Aso Rock Deserted; Govt Officials, Security Men On The Run Over JNDLF Missiles Threat

An early morning report this morning indicated that Nigeria’s seat of power, Aso Rock, in Abuja, is already deserted. Not even security men who were on roster for the night dared to keep their watch.

The ultimatum given by Joint Niger Delta Liberation Front (JNDLF) to Nigerians, warning them to vacate certain structures in the country expired today at 12 midnight. The zero hour is here, and since then, everything has been quiet all fronts around those structures.
