DSS agents bars Biafrans from entering Abuja court as Nnamdi Kanu arrives with a Biafran wristband


Confident Nnamdi Kanu arrives court dorning a Biafra wristband
Some agents of the Nigeria's secret police, the Directorate of State Security Service (DSS) are currently blocking access into the Abuja Federal High Court where Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is appearing.

Kanu wristband reads "I love Biafra", a sign of his resoluteness to achieve Biafra despite all odds.
According to Family Writers represented by Ibe Gift Amarachi, Nnamdi Kanu's case, commence at about 10:35am. S.N Labran is the prosecuting counsel. San Chucks Muoma stated before introducing himself and learned friends that, he will be standing for the first and third defendants only with the exclusion of the third defendant.


Amobi Nzeye appeared for the second Defendant. Benjamin Madugba.
According to San Chucks Muoma, the new defending counsel was imposed on him and the second defendant. He went further to state that before the commencement of the court hearing, he was strictly asked not to defend the second defendant without prior information. According to San Chuks Muoma, this new defendant will serve as a distraction to him.
However, The new defendant Barrister Amobi Nzeye, stated that he was instructed in Kuje Prison on Sunday to take up the case of the second defendant. He said when the instruction came, he tried to reach Barrister Ejiofor on Sunday, but failed due to unforeseen circumstances that was beyond his control, but later contacted him this morning
According to him, Barrister Ejiofor told him he is aware of the recent development. 
Barrister Amobi Nzeye said he respects San Chucks Muoma and added that the defendants have the right to make a change of counsel. San Chucks Muoma with pains said, the defendants have embarrassed him. That they should have deemed it fit to have given him a prior information, before bringing in another counsel into the case.
That had there been a prior information given to him, he wouldn't have spent money for flight, to come down to Abuja, as he is not a very rich Man.
The presiding Judge asked the second defendant (Benjamin Madubugwu) who he would want to be His PRESIDING COUNSEL, He states; 'MY LORD, I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO THE WORLD THAT, AMOBI NZEYE IS MY LAWYER". 
Having accepted to preside over the second defendant, Barrister Amobi however seeks for the adjournment of the case which was granted to him by the presiding judge. The case was there adjoined to September 26 2016.
