We'll Stop Biafra Agitation If You Show Us Your WAEC Certificate - Man Tells Buhari

In a mail we received from one of the members of the indigenous people of Biafra, the current agitation for a sovereign state of Biafra will only stop if president Muhammadu Buhari tenders his controversial WAEC certificate.

Given that the president wants IPOB to stop their agitation by every means possible, do you think he would adhere or rather agree to this term?
