100s of PDP supporters atorm INEC office, seek postponement of Ondo election

Hundreds of youths have stormed the Independent National Electoral Commission in Alagbaka area of Akure to protest the governorship election in Ondo State coming up in just 5 days.

The youths were demanding the commission to postpone the election to enable all parties concluded their litigations over issues of candidacy at the courts 

Specifically the youths said the postponement would enable the Appeal Court conclude on the case of the governorship candidacy of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party between the two factional candidates of the party, Mr. Eyitayo Jegede and Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim.
