INEC fixes date for Rivers re-run

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed dates for yet to be held election in Rivers State.
In a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja by the Secretary to the commission, Mrs Augusta Ogakwu, the electoral body fixed Dec. 10 for the National Assembly election in Rivers.
According to Mrs Augusta, The “National Assembly (Senate and House of Representatives) and State House of Assembly elections will be held on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016 in Rivers State”.
