The vigilance group of Igbogene Vigilance Committee in Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, has arrested a 35-year old Mr. Kaduna Enatimi for alleged stealing food such as pot of soup,12 wraps of fufu and a half basin of garri.

According to The Head of the Igbogene Vigilance Committee Chief MoneySweet Asomo, mr kaduna enatimi was arrested in a kiosk around 2am during patrol while consuming some of the stolen items gotten from various homes.
Mr enatimi a father of two during confession, said hunger and the economic hardship had led him to practice such unlawful attitude.

The Paramount Ruler of the area, the Obenibe X1 of Epie Kingdom, King Hope Adike, intervened and asked them to parade him (the suspect) round the community with the stolen items as a deterrent to others.

It was also learnt that after parading the suspect round the village, he was released and asked to sin no more.
