The Nigerian military claims to be pursuing boko haram fighters when it "mistakenly" bombed a refugee camp in Borno state, killing not less than 50 people including refugees and aid workers and leaving hundreds dead.

Which boko haram fighters was the Military pursuing??

The same boko haram fighters it released less than 48 hours earlier??

Was the IDP camp a moving target or was it stationary??

As I type this, hundreds if not thousands of boko haram fighters arrested and jailed by the immediate past administration have been released back into the society. Some of them were given cash upon release. Please, don't take my words for it. confirm this with Google.

As I type this, this govt has an open Amnesty package where boko haram fighters who got tired of killing for Allah will just walk majestically into the waiting arms of the Military and be gifted with free food, free shelter, free cloths and vocational training in any chosen field. Again, Google is there for you to confirm this for yourself.

The former police commissioner, Zakari Biu who aided and abetted the escape of Kabiru Sokoto, the mastermind of the Christmas day bombing in Madalla, Niger state was convicted and retired by the past govt but president Buhari brought him back to his post the moment he came into office, though he (Zakari Biu) has now retired. Again, don't take my word for it, Google this for yourself.

Strong indication emerged last month that both Kabiru Sokoto and the other guy, Sadiq Ogwuche who masterminded the Nyanya bomb blast were among boko haram commanders released in exchange for the so called Chibokgirls less than two months. Till today, the govt has not refuted this rumor. And going by something called 'precedent', the rumor might well be nothing but the truth.

Instead of typing "Rest In Peace" for the victims of yesterday's army air strike at the refugee camp, we should be asking why the military would hastily release suspected boko haram fighters into the society only to turn around and start pursuing the same boko haram fighters, killing innocent people in the process.

President Buhari's so called fight against boko haram is one of the biggest organised fraud in human history.

What this govt is doing with the boko haram situation is exactly the same thing it is doing with the Forex market: Creating fraudulent millionaires and billionaires with trillions budgeted for security and empowering the same terrorists it is meant to neutralise while innocent Nigerian are yet being killed by the same terrorists. And, now, the military.

The refugee air strike could have been avoided. It grieves me to hear such news but it grieves me even more that we are not asking the right questions and insisting on getting the right answers.

May all those complicit in the death of these innocent IDPs never know peace!!
