The Peoples Democratic Party Youth Frontier has claimed that a Nigerian man cut off the thumb that he used in voting for President Muhammadu Buhari because he his disappointed with the government. It made the claims on its Twitter handle @PDPNYF, claiming that the man cut off his thumb in regret because he is disappointed with the president’s reign.
