Photos: Passengers cheats death as Dana Aircraft overshoots Port-Harcourt runway

A Dana Air aircraft flying from Lagos to Port-Harcourt has reportedly overshot runway at the Port-Harcourt International Airport Tuesday night. 


However, passengers were safely evacuated from the bush area, Daily Trust learnt. The aircraft with registration number 9J0363, was said to have slipped off the runway following heavy rain accompanied by strong wind and storm in Port-Harcourt. Spokesman of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Mrs. Henrietta Yakubu, confirmed the incident saying that no casualty was recorded as all passengers on board were safely evacuated.
