The former Super Eagles handler hopes the country football ruling body pays him his unpaid salaries to avoid any legal contest.
Nigerian Football Federation pay him and Francois Loscuito their outstanding debts without litigation.
The former Super Eagles captain resigned as coach of the country's senior national team on February 26, 2016 over unpaid wages plus series of battle with theOliseh made this known in a twitter post, revealing that the Amaju Pinnick led board has disregarded letters from his assistant's (Loscuito) lawyer and fears the court of Arbitration of Sport could clamp down heavily on the country.
'Hope the NFF will pay Loscuito and myself the huge amount they still owe us without litigation whilst we are alive! Pray they listen!' he tweeted.
'For 5 months, Loscuito lawyer's letters to D NFF have been ignored. should CAS suspend Nigeria, it is not his fault. B4 they lie 2 you again.'
